At Dieckhoff orders can be made by fax, telephone, post or e-mail. In-house logistics or external couriers take care of deliveries.

Delivery time

standard items from the range of goods can be usually delivered immediately
flat linen and moulded parts made from stored fabrics are usually available to the costumer within 4 to 8 weeks
for special qualities and colours as well as orders, requiring specific advice and clarification regarding goods and manufacturing, the time of delivery will be agreed upon request
